F.L.O.É

F.L.O.É (Flash the Enedis works) is an application intended for local authorities. To access it, the users email address must have been previously authorized by Enedis. With F.L.O.É, you can, in urgent situations, be put directly in touch with the Enedis call center (CAD). In other cases, you have the option of making a declaration via the system integrated into F.L.O.É. At least two (2) photos must be attached with their associated metadata because they will be positioned in a back office on the network operated by Enedis to facilitate the location of the work concerned by the declaration. Monitoring of declarations and responses by SMS push is available in the application.
